TARGET with Sonnedix in the acquisition of two photovoltaic plants from EOS Group

TARGET advised Sonnedix, a global renewable energy company, on the acquisition from EOS ReNewable Infrastructure Fund II, a fund promoted by EOS IM, of equity interests in two companies owning photovoltaic plants located in Lazio and Sardinia, Italy, with an aggregate installed capacity of approximately 54 MWp.

The transaction further strengthens Sonnedix’s presence in the Italian renewable energy market.

TARGET advised on all legal aspects of the transaction with a team led by Partner Andrea Raffaelli, supported by Associates Gianluca Allegri and Francesca Corte on corporate matters, and by Partner Domenico Segreti, supported by Associates Chiara Bifolchetti and Federica Pia Fornaro on administrative law matters.
